ART is proud to welcome Skeat Hug to our Client Support team. He will join Cole Andres in providing the tools, coordination, and resources that sales need to succeed, ensuring every customer receives attentive service, and that every opportunity is maximized.
“Our sales reps are so busy in the field, they don’t always have the time to schedule calls and appointments,” Skeat said. “That’s where I come in. I’m here to help make sure opportunities don’t slip through the cracks and customers get the attention they need.”
Skeat brings a wealth of professional experience to his new role. After graduating from the University of Findlay with an education degree, he took a different direction into a sales role. He spent 12 years in sales, then purchased and managed a franchise for eight years, and eventually had the opportunity to teach after two decades of obtaining a degree. However, Skeat felt the call to go back into sales after three years of teaching, and when a connection at S&S Directional Boring encouraged him to connect with ART’s leadership team, he knew the timing was right.
“I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years—from teacher to franchise owner to sales rep,” he said. “But it’s exciting to now be part of a local company that’s growing and always looking forward. The sky’s the limit with ART, and I’m thrilled to contribute to that growth in the years ahead.”
In his spare time, Skeat enjoys spending time at his cottage in Michigan where he can be found fly fishing, riding UTVs and snowmobiles, or hiking.
Working alongside Skeat is Cole Andres who has been with ART for almost three years as a Client Support Manager. Cole brings a diverse professional background to his newly defined position, having founded The Spartan Moving Group and previously serving as Director of Operations for LRX Apparel. His leadership abilities ensure the Customer Support team runs smoothly and that customers always have a direct line of communication.
Cole studied at the Moody Bible Institute and Cincinnati Christian University. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching soccer and spending time with his wife and daughters.
